Commutator is a work of fiction created for entertainment purposes. Any in-story text, "system logs", warnings, references to devices, "seeing", surveillance, or similar narrative content is part of a game and is not real. No physical device, medical function, or real-world monitoring is provided or implied. See also the disclaimer on the main page.
When you submit the form, we store:
Your e-mail address is used for one single purpose: to send you an automated message containing your login identifier and access password so that you can log in to the game.
We do not use your e-mail for marketing, newsletters, advertising, profiling, or any unrelated communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your e-mail or personal data with any third party. The only automated external service involved is our e-mail delivery provider (SMTP) and an IP-geolocation lookup, used solely to deliver the login e-mail and estimate location.
By entering your e-mail and submitting the form, you consent to receiving the automated login e-mail described above. Providing your data is voluntary; if you do not provide an e-mail, we cannot send you login credentials.
We keep the data only for as long as the project is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (Section 8). On request we will delete your record, including your e-mail address, from our database.
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text. Connections to the Site are served over HTTPS. That said, no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure; you use the Site at your own risk.
You agree not to attempt to break, overload, probe, or abuse the Site, not to submit e-mail addresses that are not your own without permission, and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
